Responsibilities:
- Replace annual color beds for clients 2x per year (Spring and Fall)
- Responsible for treating pests/disease associated with annuals being maintained
- Oversee the safety rules and regulations according to TerraVista standards
- Responsible for the proper usage of small tiller, hand tools, fertilizers and chemicals
- Communicate with clients and crew-members in a positive and professional manner
- Monitor project activities to ensure instructions are followed and deadlines met
- Installs, maintains and designs seasonal flower displays
- Experienced in the proper installation and care of seasonal flowers
- Pay attention to detail and respond quickly to problem areas
Requirements:
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- A degree in horticulture preferred
- Knowledge of trees, landscape plants, annuals, perennials, and horticultural practices
- Experience working in commercial landscape
