Matt O'Neill
Founder
Matt is the founder of TerraVista | AquaVista. With more than 20 years in the landscape industry—from associate foreman to branch manager and now business owner—Matt founded TerraVista with a simple conviction: exceptional customer service and a strong team should never come second to the bottom line.
His approach is rooted in a deep respect for horticulture and the natural systems that sustain a healthy landscape. From soil conditioning and chemistry to proactive irrigation and integrated pest management, Matt enjoys solving the behind-the-scenes details that allow outdoor environments to thrive. and a shared belief in what’s possible.”
Jennifer Barnhill
Landscape Designer
Jennifer’s passion for landscape design began at home alongside her daughter, Raegan. What started as afternoons digging holes, planting shrubs, and playing in the dirt grew into a job at a local nursery—and a lasting fascination with plant material and outdoor environments.
With more than a decade of industry experience, Jennifer holds an Associate in Arts, an Associate in Woody Ornamentals and Landscape Technology, and a Bachelor of Landscape Design, Gardens and Urban Environments from North Carolina State University. She loves getting to know each client and translating their needs, style, and ideas into balanced, livable landscapes. Whether she is bringing different design perspectives together, resolving an unexpected site challenge, or putting a client’s vision to paper, Jennifer is committed to thoughtful solutions and lasting relationships—during the project and long after it is complete.
